It works! My vaccine medical exemption letter was accepted in California.

I posted a month ago my template for a medical exemption letter parents could use. People I knew in California were concerned about their kids. Surprisingly, only a handful of people contacted me. One of them just replied (Note that the Fifth Circuit ruled the mandates were illegal on Friday, which was when he submitted the letters on behalf of his kids who had employers threatening to fire them.):
“We submitted the two medical exemption letters you signed for their employer last Friday, and both were accepted right away, within ten minutes! This company had two sets of forms that they wanted people to fill out depending on whether they were requesting a medical or religious exemption. The medical exemption request form was simple, just asking if it was a temporary or permanent exemption, and what accommodation we are requesting. The religious exemption request form had several trick questions on it like, "Have you ever previously received any vaccinations of any type? If so, please list them below and the approximate dates you received them."
It is clear that they intend to challenge the religious exemptions and make life difficult for people who submit them and answer their questions incorrectly. So, we were fortunate to have medical exemptions to submit.
Thank you so much for your help with this! Your letters saved these two jobs.
These schools are still trying to figure out what policies they will adopt regarding the pressure from the local school district and the state to force the gene therapy shots on children, so we are waiting to see what they come up with before we respond to them.
Regards,
John”
